We arrived at 7:20am, found 2 open tables, unloaded all of our stuff for sale, and began selling. At 9:30am, a lady pulls up and says she has reserved one of the tables we were occupying. The only thing on the table was a sign that said reserved until may 5th. Today is june 4th... The new management strolls over after sending a security guard over that said he'd move the stuff off the table by slinging it in the floor. When the lady in charge came over she was puffing a cig in my face offering me a free booth. That's it. The tables are $15 each. I told them we are leaving and they continued to try and escalate the situation and get law enforcement involved. J and J isn't quite what it was. The rules should be enforced. Period. On the website it states rule number 17: booths not occupied by 8:00am will be re-rented by management without notice to seller. And without refund to seller. So we left at 10 am with $100 in our pocket and we'll give our business to The Jockey lot in Anderson,SC from now on. Hopefully they will clean up there act or at the very least there bathrooms. 🤮Thanks J and J!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I am a former vendor, and my experience with the management here has been nothing short of a nightmare. This is easily the most poorly managed business I have ever encountered. To start, the facilities are appalling. There are almost no bathrooms available, and the few that exist are absolutely vile—unmaintained, filthy, and frankly a health hazard. It’s clear that basic sanitation is not a priority for the people running this shell of a market. We operated out of two different buildings based on a string of lies and false premises from management. We actually wanted to close our shop months ago, but we were manipulated into staying. They made constant, empty promises about promoting the market, fixing the bathrooms, and reopening the anchor restaurant that drove foot traffic. Instead, they let the plumbing issues in that restaurant go unaddressed until it was forced to close, causing the business in our building to tank. It’s an extortion racket. While the vendors are actually working for a living, management sits in an office doing absolutely nothing but collecting money. Many of us finally had enough and packed up. Now, despite the

They have alot of good stuff like Landscape Equipment like Weedeaters Hedge Trimmers Leaf Blowers Beautiful plants like Flowers Trees Roses I always buy Fresh Strawberries for my Grandma she loves to make Strawberrie Jam and Cobbler the also have Fresh Vegetables to so go there and Explore and find good stuff there it beats going to Wal-Mart you can get it Cheaper at J and J FleaMarket then at Wal-Mart

Pleasantly surprised, especially inside some of the buildings. Aside from the standard knockoff Nikes and cheap plastic toys, there are outdoor booths selling closeout items from TJ Maxx, nice women’s clothing and shoes that’s 1/5 the price of Goodwill, and cool vendors indoors like new-age witchy crystal shops and one of the largest collections of vinyl records I’ve seen outside a city-center pricy record shop. Also a lot of great power tools, dirt bikes and ATVs, and some vendors with antiques. Once you look past the cheap Chinese junk and knockoff LV, focus your eyes for the REAL bargains.
